Payment must be made in full or $50 per illustrated character before starting work. Once the sketch is completed, the remaining amount must be paid before the artist can continue working

The client reserves the rights for any personal use of the artwork, but not commercial, unless previously discussed.

The artwork may be posted online on the artist's social profiles and portfolio gallery.

The client is welcome to repost the artwork, but please credit the artist.

Commissions do not have a fixed deadline, factors such as job complexity and the number of customers waiting affect timelines, but are usually completed within one month.

According to the artist's discretion, 25% or 50% of the amount can be refunded if the work is interrupted in the intermediate stages. Hours of work already spent will not be refunded.

Up to 3 major revisions are allowed during the sketching phase; once the draft is approved, only the colors can be changed. Major revisions will incur an additional cost.
